Crux Journal

1) My most memorable moment was reaching the top of a wall or making it through a difficult part of the wall (the crux) . The entire trip had some very memorable moments.

2)I challenged myself by overcoming my fear of heights and being belayed down the wall.

3)I felt I succeeded by trying my hardest and overcoming my fear of heights and being lowered down the wall.

4)I helped someone, my partner by listening to them and paying attention to what they were doing and encouraging them.

5)I learned that you need to have confidence in your self and your partner and trust they have you and wont let you drop too far.

FROLFING!!!! JOURNAL !!!!!

1) The most memorable thing for me was the experiencing something new and unique.  Running through the trees trying to find Frisbees was also very memorable.

2)I challenged myself by trying to stay positive when Frisbees went flying off cliffs and getting lost in the trees(or getting stuck in them).

3) My group succeed when we caught up with the first group after being second last to start the frolfing course.

4)I helped someone else by helping them look for Frisbees hidden in the trees or carrying someones backpack when they had to go down a hill to get there Frisbee.

5) Always! Watch where your Frisbee lands !

Journal for COP challenge course

My most memorable moment of the trip to COP was the wall and tire swing because it was exciting and really built confidence and helped me trust people better then i did before. It was all around very memorable though.

It challenged me to really more on my peers and trust them. It also challenged me yo go beyond my comfort zone and trust that my peers would catch me when i fell from the platform onto the blanket.

I think i succeeded by having confidence in myself and trusting people i wouldn't normally "trust". I also succeeded by going outside of my comfort zone.

I helped my peers my holding the wood and catching them when they were sent through the tire. Encouraged people when they were nervous of doing something such as the wall or walking across the wood plank.

I learned that it is very important to communicate with your team and agree on one idea so your not all doing different things. Thats its also very important to trust you team and really on them when your stuck . I want to remember that if you communicate with your team and let them now your opinions everything will work more smoothly.
